Your Hiring Journey gives you a view of jobseekers who are progressing through your recruitment process, showing the job they're being considered for and the stage they've reached.

You can search for jobseekers and filter them by recruitment stage.

Moving an application forward

You can move an application to its next stage from the application itself. See Review Applications in the Help Centre for the full status list and how to change an application's status.

Subscription required

This feature needs an active subscription. Without one, you can still open the Applications, Interviews, Hiring Journey and Saved Searches pages to see how much is waiting, but the details are blurred and cannot be opened until you subscribe. See Subscriptions and Payment in the Help Centre.
