SeyCareers is an online recruitment platform designed for the Seychelles job market. It gives jobseekers a place to build a professional profile, prepare CVs and cover letters and apply for roles, while giving employers a way to create a company profile, publish job posts and manage applicants.

Our focus is on providing a straightforward, well-organised platform where both sides of the hiring process - jobseekers and employers - can operate with clarity and confidence.

Our mission is to make it easier for employers and professionals across Seychelles to connect. We do this by bringing job posts, applications, jobseeker profiles and recruitment tools together into a single, dedicated platform, rather than leaving hiring scattered across informal channels.

  • Job posts Publish job posts for free. They go live straight away.
  • Subscription A Monthly or Annual subscription unlocks the recruitment tools below.
  • Manage applications Review applications, track jobseekers through your recruitment process, and add internal notes.
  • Find jobseekers Search jobseeker profiles and CVs to find jobseekers relevant to your vacancies.
  • Interviews Schedule and manage interviews, including interview details, notes and evaluations.
  • Messages Message jobseekers directly through the platform.
  • Offers Send and manage offers through the platform.

We want SeyCareers to be a place where the information people rely on is presented professionally and accurately. That is why jobseeker profile updates, CVs, cover letters and company information may be reviewed by SeyCareers before they appear on the platform.

This review process is intended to help keep content on the platform clear and appropriate. It does not amount to a background check or formal verification of any individual or organisation. Employers and jobseekers remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
