Schedule and Manage Interviews

Last Updated: September 2026

Scheduling an interview

You can schedule an interview with a jobseeker directly from their application. Choose the interview type: in-person, phone or online, along with the date, time and duration and either a location or a meeting link. The jobseeker is notified once it's scheduled.

Rescheduling

If you need to change the time, you can edit an interview to reschedule it. The jobseeker is notified of the new time.

Cancelling

You can cancel a scheduled interview if it's no longer going ahead. The jobseeker is notified.

Awaiting Outcome

Once a scheduled interview's time has passed, it's shown as Awaiting Outcome until you record the outcome. You can mark it as Completed or No Show.

Marking an interview complete

Once an interview has taken place, you can mark it as completed.

Recording a no-show

If a jobseeker doesn't attend a scheduled interview, you can record it as a no-show.

Calendar invites

You can download a calendar file for any interview you've scheduled, so it's added to your own calendar alongside your other appointments.
