Private interview notes

After an interview, you can record your own notes against it: strengths, concerns, questions you asked and general observations. These notes are shared within your company, so all company members can view and edit them. Interview notes are private and are never shared with the jobseeker.

Interview evaluations

You can also submit a structured evaluation for an interview: ratings covering overall impression, communication, technical ability and culture fit, along with an overall recommendation. If more than one person from your company interviews the same jobseeker, each interviewer can submit their own evaluation for the same interview. Interview evaluations are private and are never shared with the jobseeker.

A jobseeker's interview history

A jobseeker's profile shows their full interview history with your company across every application, including the outcome of each past interview. Opening an individual interview from the history shows its full details, including any evaluations submitted for it.
