Billing History, Invoices & Receipts

Your billing history

Your Billing History page lists every subscription your company has paid for, each showing its invoice number, amount, status and date. Open Subscription Requests to follow a request that is still being processed.

Invoices

A downloadable invoice is generated for every approved subscription and is available as a PDF from your billing history.

Receipts

Once a payment is approved, a separate receipt is also generated and made available for download alongside the matching invoice. If a receipt is not showing yet for a recent subscription, check back shortly, or contact us if it still has not appeared.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered in line with our Refund Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request.
