Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

    Proactively visit hotels, resorts, pool maintenance companies, contractors and construction projects.

    Identify new customers and develop long‑term business relationships.

    Present our products and solutions to potential customers.

    Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and convert opportunities into orders.

    Maintain regular contact with existing customers across Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.

    Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Warehouse & Daily Operations

    Open and manage the daily activities of our warehouse in Mahé.

    Receive, check, organize and maintain stock.

    Prepare customer orders and coordinate deliveries.

    Deliver products to customers when required.

    Maintain accurate stock movement and delivery records.

    Follow up on payments and outstanding customer matters.

    Provide daily activity updates and weekly sales and operational reports.

Candidate Requirements

   Previous experience in B2B sales, technical products, swimming pool equipment, plumbing, water treatment, construction supplies or related industries.

    Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

    Valid driving license and confidence driving a commercial vehicle.

    Good computer skills, including email, Excel and basic sales administration.

    Ability to prepare quotations and work independently.

    Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.

    Willingness to combine customer visits with practical warehouse and delivery activities.

    Reliable, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Experience in swimming pool equipment, chemicals, pumps, filtration or water treatment will be a strong advantage.
