Creating templates

You can create and save multiple cover letter templates in advance, so you have one ready whenever you apply for a role.

Default template

You can mark one cover letter as your default template, making it easy to identify which one to use when applying.

Editing

Cover letter templates can be edited or deleted at any time. Changes are saved immediately. You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your cover letter is accurate and appropriate.

Using cover letters during applications

When applying for a job, you can select one of your saved templates to prefill the application's cover letter, then adjust the wording for that specific application. Changes made at this stage apply only to that application and do not update your saved template.
